The following is a review of our conditions in connection with ordering and payment in our web shop.

Product information:
The essential characteristics of the products are described in the web shop. For further information please send an email to Mercoprint via mercoprint@mercoprint.dk.

All prices are current prices and applicable on the day of the order. Price changes may occur, although prices are generally not subject to ongoing adjustment. All prices shown are including 25% VAT.

Presentation of products with a price is not a binding offer, but merely an invitation to make offers. Buyer’s purchase of products from Mercoprint does not constitute a binding acceptance, but a binding offer to Mercoprint to buy products on the stated terms and conditions. A binding agreement between the Buyer and Mercoprint is confirmed only when Mercoprint by an order confirmation accepts the Buyer’s submitted offer.

The account information entered at the purchase of products will be sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) so that only the buyer and PBS can read them. For purchases with “dankort” or other credit cards the amount will be deducted from the account when the products depart from Mercoprint.

Risk of accidental destruction or deterioration:
Only at the time when the ordered products are in the Buyer's possession, the risk of destroyed or damaged products due to accidental circumstances, is transferred to the Buyer.

Mercoprint provides, according to Danish laws, two years warranty from invoice date on manufacture and material errors. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. The invoice must be presented to Mercoprint in the use of the claim. Any complaints of defects in products, which have been delivered, should be presented to Mercoprint and the Buyer should have discovered the defect within reasonable time. Otherwise the buyer loses its right to claim it as a defect. Buyer may be required to specify the defect.

Mercoprint is not liable for direct or indirect losses due to delayed arrival of products, or that the ordered products suffer from defects or the defects is caused by the buyer's action or lack of action or circumstances beyond Mercoprint's control such as interference from the state, labor disputes of any kind including strike and lockout etc.

If the buyer regrets the purchase up to 14 days after delivery, Mercoprint will refund the amount received. Products returned UFRANCO or COD are denied receipt. When returning, please use a service that makes it possible to trace the product if it should get lost during the return shipment. Send the product safely packaged - along with a copy of the invoice and please write clearly that a refund is desired and the product price is returned. Please note the reason for your demand of refund (this is not mandatory). Note that if a name or number is printed on the product, or what is considered as a product individually produced to the buyer, withdrawal is only possible up until manufacturing begins.

Customer information is deleted at end of subscription. Mercoprint has no obligation to store information after this time. Please read our privacy policy

Change of terms
Mercoprint reserves the right to revise and update the terms and conditions applicable to the respective online shops.

Delivery times:
Unless otherwise specified, all products are expected to be shipped within 5-15 work days.

Sale of Goods Act:
Danish legislation, applies to this agreement to the extent that legal conditions are not defined in the text or in these terms and conditions. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or fulfillment of Terms and enforcement can only be brought before the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen and in accordance with Danish rules and jurisdiction.

Right to complain:
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact customer service undertaken by Mercoprint. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant boards in the area if the conditions are met.
